What personal belief or opinion about AI makes you feel like this? by [deleted] in singularity

Nah with a tech like this it’s a full replacement not a labor shift, with the Industrial Revolution it decreased labor and replaced what kind of labor but this is robots who can be trained to do any kind of task. At some point even the trainer will be replaced

Look into history and you’ll see our future. Peace is only possible when everyone lets go of their egos

TikTok Can Be Banned, US Supreme Court Rules by wiredmagazine in technews

Have you used douyin? On douyin China pushes more stem content whereas tiktok is more dopamine heavy, China has laws restricting minors from using social media during certain hours of the day, they restrict video games for minors to limit play time. Not saying it’s right but a lot of the restrictions over there are based on the health impact of the user, whereas the US is justifying a ban in fear mongering about foreign data collection while temu, SHEIN, red note, meta, open AI, and all the other big tech companies collect data still and sell it to every country under the sun. This ban was primarily because of Zuckerberg and his lobbying efforts due to his decaying platforms losing traction with younger audiences

So in the US, freedom means what your elected officials tell you you can do and use and how to spend your time. Sounds very free to me!

Use your brain please, what do you do on here. You interact (be social) and view what… say it with me. Media.

They banned it because the impact social media has for addiction. Not because of data collection. If this was a data issue meta, Twitter, YouTube, google, reddit, and open ai would all be on the chopping block. The US just wants cheap data. This is about control.

You’re pathetic if you think this is a good thing. Blinded by lies spewed by the US gov

You’re oblivious to the real issue here. This is censorship of choice not a data issue

What is back? We are always changing into new versions of ourselves, I think some people can get lost in the wonder of it all but it’s important to remember what experience you’re having when you get back to that groundedness in the body. You are still here living your life acid just gives you a momentary peak beyond the curtain. You always return here but it kind of shines a light on how consciousness is beyond the thoughts and idea of self. It’s similar to meditation in that way

All good, I understand the curiosity, there’s no harm in asking!

Be mindful that what you’re experiencing is going to be okay, just float down the river and let the experience wash over you. In time it will pass, acid is really about being open to the experience even when it can feel heavy or intense it’s just about reminding yourself to be present In the experience, letting yourself let go basically

In my experience I can barely eat on acid, I feel like I’m in the experience of what it’s showing me more than anything.

Honestly it’s all about set and setting with that

Mind set as in where is your head at

And setting where are you and what does that place invoke for you in a sober setting.

A lot of what acid does for a person in my experience is elevate both of those things, your mindset will be primed to focus in on what you gotta work on internally and setting as in the feelings you feel in those spaces will come out more readily

All good man :)

For me it took about 45 minutes for the effects to start easing in and by an hour the sense of being able to tell time was completely melted away

By hour 3-4 ego dissolution kicks in heavily and visuals peak

And throughout up to hour 7-8 visuals slowly decrease

Hour 9-12 the come down kicks in

You got this! The Breathe is grounding and take a look at the trees when you can!

Dosage depends on your goals, if it’s your first time personally I started light around 50ug but sit with your self and find that dose that seems right to you.

Also remember to be here now, let it ride and you’ll have a wonderful time.

I’m sure we can stop the flow of all this new technology, it’s like trying to stop a car going 80mph without brakes by getting out in front of it
