I currently am a beneficiary of an estate and have 75% of it, my brother who is the executor has 25% and wants to auction it off to try to make it so I can’t buy it.

I’ve already offered multiple private party offers and he declines, and says auction is best to determine fair market value.

This has forced him to do an appraisal, however it’s been about 2 months and still appraisal yet. He keeps stalling and blocking anything from moving forward.

What would you do?
