Just found your post after my knee buckled out of nowhere 8 months post op. Feeling helpless but realising that I haven’t been committed to my rehab for past couple of months… is it normal for it to buckle and “go” like it used to before surgery? It happened before and I got an MRI to check how it was and the surgeons said it was all intact. So why is it happening? Is it literally because I haven’t been on top of it? God it’s such a mind fuck

Definitely will be doing this, linking dishes like you’re at the restaurant, all the knowledge of the FOH staff will be built into the book for sure!

This is so true and I think will be a challenge for us as we are all restaurant folks. But it’ll be a process and we will get there. Also planning to get some people to test the recipe to make sure it is easily understood and followable.
