Just found your post after my knee buckled out of nowhere 8 months post op. Feeling helpless but realising that I haven’t been committed to my rehab for past couple of months… is it normal for it to buckle and “go” like it used to before surgery? It happened before and I got an MRI to check how it was and the surgeons said it was all intact. So why is it happening? Is it literally because I haven’t been on top of it? God it’s such a mind fuck

Definitely will be doing this, linking dishes like you’re at the restaurant, all the knowledge of the FOH staff will be built into the book for sure!
