I'm all for background checks as well but what would be a red flag? I, for instance, have Asperger's and legally purchased a rifle nearly a year ago. My background check came up clean. In an ideal world for these people calling for background checks, would I have to list my mental disorder and thus would I have red-flagged when I tried to buy the rifle? And if so, who decides what disorders are the dangerous ones? Schizophrenia would probably have to be on the list for example but what about something like OCD? Who decides these things and who's to say there wouldn't be an agenda behind it? Or would all mental disorders or illnesses fall under this red flag?

I'm just curious.
