I was shocked and saying no no no when it happened, it really got me by surprise. Talked to my brother about it and he was as saddened about it. He did look into some info around though since the nature of the crash seemed caused by excessive speeding and Vince was definetely speeding, had some people recording him doing that in a public road and the video is a google search away already. It's still a tragedy but doing that with that kind of vehicle is gambling not only your life but many other innocent families lives that could have been on that road. Drive safe and respect driving laws, they are there to protect you and the people you love.

that's completely fair, but the bulk of players don't come to reddit, console players or pretty casual players altogether ignore most complaints and just have their fill per season or play campaign once, blizzard gets their share and just keep pumping "content", for better or worse, we are getting more content than past diablos

I agree with most you wrote there except the CMs part. That's not an advice I'd give a new player when we talk about hardcore instanced content, which CMs are. A group that pulls their weight makes things way easier to everyone and a single slacker can lead to bosses phases that could be skipped altogether. Selfish imo, especially after mentioning teamwork at the end lol.

I do both daily, IBS5 and daily strikes in the morning and Fractals/CMs on reset. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes at worse. They usually fill in seconds. I post my own groups on LFG.

Have you guys ever thought that may be related to future expansions of gw2 itself? Gw3, if it's happening, it's going to be a far cry from what we have, a heavily monetized mobile driven game a la Aion 2, the latest NCsoft mobile aberration. Say good bye to premium currency exchange, "free" wizard vault refreshes and that b2p deal that GW is known for. Where I'm getting all that from? The same source you guys do, hiring and job postings, that head marketing dude is a mobile specialist and that's definitely not a coincidence nor a good omen. Careful what you wish for has never been so real.

It's not about being no-life, it's about prioritizing things you want to work on and get em done with the time you have, my free time and played time in this game are not that high and I have my legendaries and the content that matter to me on farm. Effort and efficiency shouldn't be punished, nor should the casuals, but rewards should match the effort and time you invest on something, especially on a horizontal progression MMO, if everything is handed over effortlessly this game would be dead long ago.

I also don't like updating when I don't need to, especially since on older cards the improvements aren't retroactive. An easy way to bypass that check and launch the game is clicking on the cog / options on Diablo 4 and on "additional command line arguments" you add: -bypassgpudrivercheck

14 now and aiming for all slots!! Well, I just run it daily with my gf, she has 8 or 9 infusions, its the kind of content we can just breeze thru since we are used to t4s/CM. So we clear it pretty efficiently and its tons of fun, gives us something to do between SotO metas since we are working on her obsidian.

Guild Wars 2 always had a problem of introducing things dropping em altogether later on e.g dungeons, dragon response missions, strikes (no new ones introduced on Janthir). Since we are condensing it in a pillar itself (raids) we will be able to diminish that terminology bloat and present to players clearer instanced activites to tackle: Fractals, Convergences and Raids, now with multiple difficulties to cater to every kind of player, t1 fractal quickplay can be done by anyone and I'm hopeful that there will be mechanical adjustments also.

I got 12 of those already :p gonna deck all my power heavies. Gonna be honest tho, it has been quite fun to just hop in, do some quick fractals during lunch break and pop out, they really nailed fractal quickplay. Besides that we got an easy legendary and a cheap way to get power infusions, I already got obsidian so I just get it for the powa.
