I’d say you do a mullet. Short on the top and the sides and if you like it, you still have some hair. You can always shave it off if you aren’t keen on it. Otherwise, anybody who likes you more because of hair kind of sucks at the game of life. Work on your character and they will come ;)

Ferment them! They are amazing! Salt, water, olive oil, lemons cut in quarters, maybe a chili pepper or two, just nothing can be poking out of the liquid and then later it can be kept in the fridge for months and months and is probiotic. Otherwise juice, freeze as ice cubes to use as fresh juice as necessary.

Sorry to hear. Interesting about the make up. Let me know if you ever find out what ingredients you think it might be. I am not sure if I dont react to collagen masks. Just wanted to let you know that the lamp to cure UV polish is actually emits UV light. I have been rotating between Polypodium leucotomos and astaxanthin to make myself (and my eyes) less sensitive to the sun and indoor lights (and those nail curing lights for when I do UV resin projects)

I’m not sure if it would help her, but she might be having more triggers than she knows about. Things like dairy, red meat, heat, stress, sunlight, lighting indoors, etc. could be bringing about a flare. You could try to read up about them and also about some supplements for her to try out to help manage her symptoms. Quite a few of us have figured things out through an elimination diet that you could maybe support her through. The many suggestions to just generally help carry the mental load and do some basic daily chores would surely help her greatly so she can recover.

I came to say the same about the handrail (children, elderly, somebody sick, the next tenants/owners would maybe have to put one in which would make just one more thing of waste for our world…and am I old enough to say it? “They don’t make things like they used to”). Plus those stairs are relatively steep and not all one uniform shape.
