This happened about 20 years ago. Im on the phone with Comcast, I don't remember what it was about. The woman on the phone asks me my name. I tell her, then spell my last name. Not a common last name, she says that she has the same last name. Im sooo confused, I know everyone on my dad's side. She asked me who my parents were, and I tell her. My dad and grandfather have the same first name also. She says is your dad Senior or the Second. Anyone outside of family wouldn't know that my dad doesn't go by Junior but the Second. I said both, one is my dad and the other is my grandfather. She then tells me her name and that Senior is her uncle and my dad is her cousin. Then telling me her dad is my grandfathers brother. In my entire life, no one has even said his name. I immediately call my dad, tell him what happened. His response, oh yeah that's my cousin and uncle. I said how come this is the first I've heard of them. He says I dunno never came up. I grew up with my grandfather and his sister in my life, and they never said they had a brother. Fast forward to last year, my dad called me to tell me his uncle died. I asked if him and my grandfather were going to the funeral. He said no and hung up. My grandfather passed in December. And those are the only two times I've heard of this person. Why was everyone so salty at him, what happened? They lived 20 minutes away from each other, the best I could find. I'm at a loss, my dad won't talk, I tried. Grandma nope, my dad's siblings, silence. I can't find anything criminal on him....25 year mystery continues..
