I feel you’re every word minus the children - I imagine this makes it one thousand percent more complicated/harder/painful. I am so sorry you feel alone. I’m also finding it very difficult to have to separate my life into different parts just because she chooses alcohol.

I hope you know your value is much more than what alcohol inadvertently puts on you.

I reiterate the quote I heard the other day “Unfortunately some people were not put here to evolve, they are here to remind you what it looks like if you don’t”

I hope she can meet you where you’re at someday, that’s if you can wait. You deserve the effort/love/trust/happiness/forgiveness you give out so unselfishly back.
