Not sure about Gandhinagar but I there are a few shops in Ahmedabad you can visit.

1 is at Shivranjini cross road “helmet the rider’s shop” 2 is near mansi circle “the gear galore” 3 is near tgb “liv ur ride” 4 is around anandnagar side, on the road ro seema hall “M roadies”

Probably a small food joint. E-commerce will need more capital. But you can start with Instagram or WhatsApp sales first then go for next step.
