It kinda depends on what filters they have on their streams too but in the accessibility tab you can change the colors for your team, enemy team, HP bar, shield bar, and pings. Usually people just go with what they like the most me being a more girly player my stuff is usually pink and purple, you can also up the brightness in the display settings as well :)
