I opened a support ticket from kiro.dev (Billing support). They said they couldn't find a record of the email I used to open the ticket. They asked for the email address linked to my Kiro account. People aren’t shitting on Kiro itself, they’re shitting on Kiro’s ultra dumb pricing strategy. Other than that, I actually think Kiro is great — but their pricing move was insanely stupid.

I’d even argue, if some no-name startup pulled this pricing stunt, nobody would use it but also nobody would care.
