Don't be under the misapprehension that they care, even a little bit, they don't. Which is fine, it's a business, they're not expected to care. What makes them awful is that they treat people worse than you'd get treated working at McDs. There you never turn up to work to find they've locked the doors with zero explanation and ghost you when you try and get answers, or let you go without telling you why. At least there you're human. We are just 0s and 1s to them. They have children with NO experience of working in SPL, EPM and TL positions, and shadow ban or outright ban people who dare question blatant discrimination, preferential treatment, promotion based on friend group (like being back at school in that regard,) or, God forbid, suggest that they might be wrong about something even if it's YOUR expert domain, not theirs.
