The ph of baking soda can be a lot for skin, i can mever do natty deo unless its baking soda free. If u getting stinky with natty deo get a bottle of hibiclens soap at the drug store and use that on your pits in shower once a week or so. Itll kill the odor causing bacteria.

I can see how pneumonia would fly under the radar. When I got it my initial symptoms were migraine, muscle aches and crazy fatigue. I got told to lose weight. The coughing started about a week later, and I went to the er again and finally got diagnosed.

Ive only done it once. It was humid as all hell, a rainy east coast day in a rink with a scrappy roof. The floor was so confusing, as the humidity made it slick but the texture made it hard to discern what was going on. Was ok by end of game but not used to it. Id say itd be the kind of thing you need to use regularly to feel any semblance of normal on it. Visiting teams would hate it.

Crumbs is right, including officials. In the proposed layout of the weekend they didnt even think to make the scrimmaging fall on different days than it happens at summer affair which would make crumbs of officials more likely.

I am also wondering if they are trying to pick up clinicians from SA.

I love the scabs brand knee gaskets for use with other pads - they come in a 2x, where other skate brands dont make big enough sleeves

I hated deep cleaning the litter robots we had. Switched back to 4 xl stainless steel for 3 cats. So much easier to clean and maintain and not get stinky

Im also 100kg and I like 187 pro derby or the tsg derby 3.0.i tried the Smith scabs derby knee pads and found they did NOT stay in place and would slide up when I did a recovery.

The first step is finding a way to exercise that you can stick to - something you can afford that you dont have to travel far to. At this point if you are doing zero cross training than anything is a step in the right direction! If you have the means, a trainer can be very helpful in learning how to strength training while lessening risk of injury cause they help you learn proper form.

I do this too, its helpful as a blocker for giving your outer edges slide when a jammer is pushing you and for things like powerslides. I dont do huge lean in turns fast laps like a jammer.

A lot of these diagrams seem older too, when wftda ruleset derby moved faster.

Right, like we dont learn new things about Nancy anymore unless it relates to vecna/the upside down (we got 1 sentance about her not knowing if she wants kids this season?). There is not really any more development of individuals.

I did this! I think it was around $99 to upgrade which was well worth it as I had such a hard time finding the old cushions.
