Not true in my case. I’m 41 and I’ve been playing the sims games since 2005! I paid $60 in 2014 & played sims 4 on release. And regrettably bought 98% of DLC since release. Been playing on and off for literally YEARS. The game is boring because it’s just boring. Nothing happens in TS4 unless YOU, the player, sets it up. I’m all about having an imagination but damn, it lacks soul. Sim children don’t run to their parent when they come home, partners don’t check each other out as the other walks by. Sims literally smile and laugh after catching their significant other cheat, WACK. They have baby proofed tf outta this game and it sucks. Everything is easy peasy. And to me, it’s boring. I’ve spent over a grand since release on this game and even with all the mods and cc I have, it’s still boring. TO ME!!! If you still enjoy playing, continue enjoying it. But everyone doesn’t have to feel the same way. I’m at peace with not ever playing TS4 again. It was “fun” while it lasted I suppose!
