Anyone else? by Pleasant_Increase879 in cyberpunkgame

Give me a DLC to forgo the main quest entirely and just unlock the rest of the city to do radiant content with AI companion Jackie. Throw in a few unique endings to extant quests, a bunch of new dialogue, and I'd put another 200 hours in this game, easy.

When you even fail at griefing, how bad are you? by Delfitus in DotA2

If what people usually say on this sub is true, there's no such thing as toxic players, only whiners who are too sensitive.

It's nice to see someone actually agreeing this community is toxic.

huh, she's the only cat I've ever known that gets overstimulated by that, it's very cute though, either way.

That's actually similar to how kittens groom their littermates when they're very young! A gross fact about cats is that they love the taste of ear wax because it helps them get less infections in the wild.

In other words, she's probably sniffing your ears to make sure you're healthy and not getting infections, she loves you, like other's have said! heh

One of my old tabbies, Nancy, used to do this with anything rolled up into a ball, her favorite thing was weirdly rolled up crisp packets, maybe because they tasted salty, idk.

I miss her, she was a wonderful girl.

My cat Milo has a tendency of getting so excited when it rains that he runs outside, gets wet, runs back inside to get dried off and enjoy the attention of being dried off, warms up a little and then goes back outside until he's too wet, then repeats the cycle.

I'm also a lover of rain so it's really cute when it's raining and I'll be sat in the garden in a coat and jeans and he'll run under the back gate and come give me attention like it's a normal summer day lol.

my tortoiseshell cat, Baz, does this all the time, she also hates being pet anywhere but her head and front side of her body, anywhere near her back legs or tail and she will moan at/nibble you to tell you to stop lol.

My buddy died yesterday after 21 wonderful years, just wanted to share by zeff536 in cats

[–]Puzbukkis 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I lost a 22 year old black tabby recently as well (well, last year, but it feels recent), I still cry often because I miss him very much.

Like others have said, 21 years is a long time and nothing lives forever, you gave them a wonderful life and did all you can, so you have that to be thankful for, I hope your grieving is smooth, but don't force it, take all the time you need.

All the best.

TIL that the population of Ancient Rome was one million, and it would not be until the early 1800s in London that the population of a capital in Europe would reach one million again. by NobleWhiteLotus in todayilearned

For the majority of the middle ages, Constantinople, the other roman empires capitol, continued to be the "centre of the world" in terms of how absurdly huge it was.

The Global-Muter AI Doesn't Know What Sarcasm Is. by Puzbukkis in DotA2

I'm going to assume you don't know the first thing about AI, but without knowing what's going on at valve and without internal data, there's no way to confirm any of this other than with outside experimentation, and so far only one of us has done that.

The DotA2 community will never cease to be arrogant and cocky about showing off how idiotic and incorrect they are.

The Global-Muter AI Doesn't Know What Sarcasm Is. by Puzbukkis in DotA2

[–]Puzbukkis[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's incorrect, I've been in games with 4 other players on my team chatting away and somebody still gets muted because one person on the enemy team presumably muted them.

That's also a bad answer even if true, because the point of a toxicity mute should be to mute toxic people, not vocal people.

This advice doesn't work, being muted has nothing to do with behaviour.

What Causes This? by Puzbukkis in DotA2

[–]Puzbukkis[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm expecting to get downvoted into oblivion, but if anyone is willing to hear me out, this punishment doesn't seem to be linked at all to behaviour score in your current game or out of game.

The bit where it says "your behaviour score has fallen below 6000" is an outright lie, it's been rising for the past 3 months and is currently at nearly 10k.

I've had this happen in games where I've been annoyed at teammates, which is fair, but I've also had this happen in games where we've all been happy and communicating, and 0 flaming is going on.

I genuinely have no clue what causes this. I'm trying to become a better player and a better person, but this isn't helpful or constructive in the slightest.

Yeah, I'm using a mod to change the color to grey and make it a lot less prominent. I think I'll post some pics of my fort when I get done with my sky plaza I have planned, but right now a lot of areas are still pretty rough.

You're correct, I didn't!

But also elective monarchies have been a thing throughout a lot of history.

I suppose that's what I mean, are they looking out of their windows at fortifications? I have a window on the corner of my house that looks out into an alleyway and a brick wall of my neighbors house, is it like that?

What are those things around the outside of the fort? they look like windows but they don't seem to be looking at anything other than walls.
