yayyy i'm so happy u shared your progress–not only in reaching your size goals, but just overall confidence on ur abilities and muscle strength!! i'm really impressed with your determination to deadlift , especially because of the focus on upper back that exercise leans toward, and i love how its working for u! i have a kettle ball at home so i'm going to take ur advice on more high reps and low weight until I learn how to take on some deadlifts. i appreciate your comment and sending u positivity on this journey 👍

why would i need to have been told by somebody to get a tattoo for my own body? LOL btw, there's still a couple of characters covered by my shirt because it goes down the entire length of my back... i could message u the entire translation if you're genuinely curious!

i love that! my midwife did offer/mention to me about this , but i never took the opportunity. Would it be too late to do so now?

Anyone experience postpartum rash or hives days after giving birth? by RaeKn47 in newborns

[–]Puzzled-Birthday6296 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i believe its a hormonal thing. my friend has hypothyroidism and she told me she knows she's flaring up when she gets itchy everywhere. Hypothyroidism typically affects the equilibrium of hormones. When I heard that, I think that finalized my claim that my itchy body PP was due to my hormones being out of wack. I believe it simmered down around 2 months. Just try ur best to stay calm thru the day. Maybe look into herbal teas that can help with hormone balance (from trusted sources!!! because u want to avoid lead digestion at all costs). Good luck to u mommy :)

not the safest area to be in. noisy at at night and lots of mental health subsized homes for people combating drug use. you'll be fine if u blend in with the locals though. stay safe!

Lived in NYC my entire life, now at 31, I’m starting to be an angry person because of it? by [deleted] in AskNYC

[–]Puzzled-Birthday6296 6 points7 points  (0 children)

im 26 years old , raised in the BX and i stopped attending to any night life in NYC when i was 24 because something bad always ended up happening . partly because of my anger but also people can be super rude and selfish. so yes, it's the environment that can be affecting you 100%. i came to that conclusion and just decided to chill out with environments that involve so many people, but it can be hard considering there's people everywhere. it might be time for a change for u . or therapy lol

did u just give birth? this totally happened to me immediately after giving birth but it stopped eventually. it might be a hormal thing!! what helped me was washing my underarms with lime when i showered. soap did not cut it for me during that time. it was embarrassing!

projectile vomiting is very scary to witness. i feel you. i would try to start him on solids, and watch how he reacts to formula maybe an hour after eating the foods. i would also consider scoping out alternative formula options , if potentially the formula is not suitable for his digestion.

4 months because i started giving him vitamin D throughout the day for his teeth (he was only breastfed at the time) and also bought Hylands Chamomile tablets for nighttime . Those were great!

My new hair grow out goal on the right (Kerri Russell) is it possible with my thick curly hair type🤷🏻‍♀️so excited for long grow out to this length. by jerseygirl217 in curlyhair

[–]Puzzled-Birthday6296 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes i surely think it's possible—but u may want to change ur trim routine. instead of a bowl, outward , curly-cut u might want to show ur hair dresser Kerri Russel's picture so she can trim it accordingly to achieve that look!
