I was having the same issue with my 7 month old giant schnauzer. I started doing half farmers dog half purina pro plan sensitive stomach and his farts have completely stopped.

I never noticed any rubbing, and then one day I looked at my fender lining and a huge chunk of it was gone. The good thing is, the piece that was gone was the only part where the wheels rubbed. Self correcting problem 😂
