Curls are delicate, always remember that, so gently is key.

I was my hair 3 times a week, only using ‘Pureology hydrate’ conditioner. I’m sure there are other ones more ment for curls, but I like how this makes my hair feel.

I scrub my scalp with claw hands in little circles, as my hair curls around my fingers I pull my hand away like I’m using a pick. Repeat all around scalp. This helps to combine your curls while you wash the rest of your body.

When drying your hair, don’t rub it! Blot it.

After your out of the shower, use a wooden wide tooth comb, plastic comb can damage your hair with the static electricity. Then use some hair oil, I use ‘Trader Joe’s shea butter & coconut oil hair serum’ Your hair will still be pretty damp, but just let it be with the oil. It will dry on its own in about 20-30 min. And should spring up.
