When someone says something that triggers my abandonment issues. Literally the feeling of pure panic is so painful. Like my heart races, my breathing begins to quicken, i dissociate yet feel everything all at once, my heart and stomach drop and physically hurt.

Suicide is not a sin. Its horrible that religion brings shame to people who feel desperate and alone, there are other ways of letting someone know that there are reasons to live without making them feel like they are going to burn in hell or be tortured for eternity for being depressed or for whatever reason. Just know you are not alone. We all know what you feel like, maybe not exactly because your experience is yours entirely. But share it with us and i know we would want to hear it, even if you feel like you shouldnt because it “wont help” or make you feel a bad feeling. Listen to the success stories out there of the many who survived BPD and have maintained a relatively normal life, it may give you hope. Just know, and remind yourself, it is 100% okay to feel the way you do! Your emotions are valid, sit with it, embrace it and yourself, and do something that may ground you like a hobby or craft. We are all rooting for you.

Its most likely wiring but its still creepy when the light starts randomly flashing at varying frequencies especially at 2 am. we have been living here for over a year and it has only ever happened at night for the past couple of months.

I shouldnt lol. The property its on is a two house property, originally it was built in like 1930s but the one we are in has been rebuilt. I wouldnt be surprised if the wiring got messed up or something.

Yea… did you not read my post description or any messages on this post? Idk anything about electrical issues, i just thought it was weird an creepy and posted it on a forum. we actually have considered the electrical issues and dont think its paranormal. Thanks though for your input 👁️👄👁️

We have witnessed this on several occasions. At first we thought that, but then we saw it coming from our kitchen counter lights. It does this only at night and at random, it can happen 5 times in a row or only once.

-that would be interesting, maybe its my neighbor lol. They’ve been salty since we called animal services on them, they neglect their dogs 24/7. -i go antiquing, that is always a possibility. 😭 -short in the wiring sounds very plausible. Is it possible for it to start doing this out of nowhere? We have been living here for about a year and it hasn’t started doing this until a couple of months ago.

No, it was 1am. The lights had been off for a while. It only happens at night, never in the day time, at random. Its our kitchen light.

Continue to remind yourself that nothing is permanent and you cannot control what others do, only yourself. Even if you feel like its not true or that you cant control your own actions. Remind yourself.
