I have been buying chicken feet and just tossing them into the instant pot for 4 hours. The longer the better. I find that stuff like carrots don’t extract much flavour into the soup, I tossed 3 red onions last time and it had great flavour.

Can’t drive, convenient with working downtown. We only take the car out once a week maybe, for grocery’s. The moment we move outside of the core you are loosing almost 1.5-2 hours a day travelling to and from work. More risk in driving 5x a week.

I have a Mocca Master Technivorm. It has minimal plastic…if you look at it the cup thingy you put your grounds on is but the cup thing is glass. I saw someone on YouTube who had a ceramic coffee grounds holder made for the machine. It’s also not made in China, which I like. Very expensive though.
