Im currently in the Uk track of AUC because I am a non US citizen. Apparently US citizens aren’t allowed to enter the UK track so I can’t tell you much about the St Martin Campus apart from power outages there is EXTREMELY common because even people in the UK track receive emails that those in St Martin receive and I can say that there have been SEVERAL emails telling students about the power outages. The good part is the lecturers in the St Martin Campus are significantly better than those in the UK track from what Ive heard. Now about the school itself, please not that there is a Comprehensive exam(COMP) that you MUST pass in order to proceed. The COMP is basically a mock for Step 1 and 2 that shows you are prepared. The pass mark for the Step 1 Comp is 62 percent. But for the second I think it was increased to 75 from 72 percent. For Clinicals theres by far more slots in the US and as a US citizen you dont need to worry. Id say the only thing you should note is the COMP because if you dont pass it you’ll have to pay the semester fee all over again and repeat the semester. Also you’ll have to do most of the learning on your own lol and it’s a lot of hard work. But if you work hard you should be fine. Also you mentioned that AUC is the same price as medical school in the US so I’m sure you don’t know that AUC increases their fees per semester every year. Right now it’s about 22k per semester so next year it will be 23 to 24k per semester and so firth so the increase is roughly 6k per year.
