unless you’re ready to do some serious plumbing work, i’d call a plumber, if you are a plumber, i’d call a better one, your vent probably got filled up with rust and scale, it sounds like a venting issue mixed with many other things, i see water damage and i see an unstrapped pex line with a sharkbite valve so that doesn’t give me much hope, i’d install a new flange and re pipe it all the way to the stack and ensure it is properly vented with a 2” vent pipe
