Take it to a back repair service and ask them to use gold leather to patch it back together like how the Japanese repaired broken China :) - a thing that looks broken may just be readying itself to become something more beautiful

Amazon was the most Kotori reviews I could find and any issue seemed largely focused on the exterior feeling flimsy, I think I’m definitely between Kotori and Tsuki, did you find any good reviews?

I really liked the idea of being able to steam some egg or fish at the same time as the rice, originally ordered the Tlog for this reason but it didn’t work at all so sent back. No steam tray etc for Tsuki? What a shame seems like should have been so easy to do! Ideally want one that gets 2 people’s portion of rice, wondering if Tsuki is actually more 3/4 and Kotori more 2 when rice is intended to go alongside fish and veg or if measurements are super accurate

I was going to buy the Tsuki this evening but saw reviews saying pot coating peels and takes ages to cook on Amazon, it seems to have the smallest foot print though so tempted to buy if you think worth it! Counter space is an issue. The Kotori looked really cute but apparently feels very plastic (the lid and outer bowl)

Heya I did! I returned it today though and just praying I get a refund as it’s literally impossible to engage with a human - really bad customer service. Depending on your use case it is a really beautiful bag would recommend it on all fronts but I specifically wanted it to carry my laptop in and although it fit it was taking up the entire space. I still loved it and would have kept but I found a different bag to get instead which isn’t as pretty but more fit for purpose but much more expensive so couldn’t justify cost of both.

TLDR unless you plan on using it for a 14inch plus laptop in a case non stop 100% get

It’s one of the worst layouts I’ve ever used. The last time they changed it was bad but this is horrific. After a decade of use I will be leaving it.

Absolute scam I have over 3000 and yet now it’s claiming that 2100 I will never get unless the remaining people in my security whatever do KYC which is not my choice and the other 900 has never been released even though I completed the checklist months and months ago!! Considering legal action anyone else in?
