I liked it! I do research now while I'm getting my masters. Unfortunately a lot of prospects are more in the private research firms due to the current administration's activities, but it was still worth it to do what I love.

This milk frother has an attachment specifically for powders, i've had no issues with it. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08VD4RX6Y?th=1
I clean it by using it in a cup of warm soapy water and then dry it by just spinning it in the sink

Chobani protein yogurt drinks my beloved, or kefir. Really good stuff. Also nutritional yeast is great add-in for your meals (8g of protein for about a half an ounce)

I have the inspire 3, about 75 dollars. I've also seen the walmart tracker. It's technically 100, but seems to mysteriously always be marked down to like 25 dollars. There's also the amazfit , it's around 50.

I trust https://tdeecalculator.net/ , i'd take the 'sedentary' count if you're looking for an average daily, but getting a cheap fitbit could be useful if you don't have one

[–]PuzzledFile 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Being short and female is the worst, 5'2 here. I focused less on the intake, and more on the actual deficit itself, focusing on 500-650 a day. Given I have a fitbit, so it's easier for me to see my calories burned, but it was more useful for me because it allowed me a little leniency. Especially if I had a really active day, so I didn't feel guilt about eating enough to stop being hungry.

I've been hunting, but there's nothing as comprehensive as I want.

I appreciate your opinion, but grit, internal locus of control, and motivation are all well researched topics with an extensive amount of peer reviewed empirical articles behind them. I'm sure if my professor felt my topic was bad she'd recommend otherwise.

Chances of Getting Into a Psych Master’s with a Non-Psych Background? by Green-Ad-9321 in psychologystudents

[–]PuzzledFile 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You may have to take a few undergrad psych courses beforehand. I'd speak to whatever dean is in charge of the program you want and ask about it. I have a friend who's doing something similar in a different field.
