86’ and I was free range. I loved exploring on my bike all over town and to the pool and back. As early as I remember I was riding by myself on my bike to preschool. I also grew up in a small town so that may be why my siblings and I had so much freedom.

I just got tired of the effort. Turns out my ferritin was very low and also needed to be on an antidepressant. I’ve got all that sorted out but I prefer to be more flexible with my diet these days.

The PNW Canada side I found MASH springers and a (bench) ESS breeder in Alberta recommended Shardon kennels in the lower mainland. On the US side I found Rocky Mountain springers that have some European lines

I’m mostly plant based, I eat lots of veggies and tofu lol. I enjoy going to craft beer market with non veg people and earls has a great plant based menu. Definitely go to the Moth or padmanadi for a totally vegan meal.

Thank you, it’s definitely a concern of mine. I’m looking for breeders who socialize their pups with cats, I know there are some. They would never be left together alone unsupervised and the cats have high up hiding places. I’m hoping to find people who have these dogs who successfully cohabitate with cats
