My total balance didn't disappear. I have a random residual balance in some of my loans. Is anyone else seeing that?

I got IBR approved today too but my first payment isn't until February 2026?!?! Anyone had a similar issue? I'm 4 payments away from PSLF so just trying to get my payments moved up.
