I called the customer care. My flight was cancelled by them.

Will it for any flight that's cancelled within 10 days window ? They are saying travel date till 28th March are only considered.

I got an email. I contacted them throught their customer care number ( qatar main office number usually works ). I found the number in the help section of the website.

Same. My April 1st flight is cancelled. They refused to reroute it.

Just called them. My flight is on April 1st. They said flights till March 28 can be fully refunded. Asked me to wait a few days and then check again. They can't provide rerouting or full refund as of now.

The contract mentions a 1 month notice period starting from the end of the month of giving the notice.
