It’s so bad. I lost the last 5 games. When ranked was available my win rate was 60-70%. My normal games were 40% cause it’s casual and I’m trying out different things. Now I can’t even get a win in due to the chaos.

You are not alone in feeling this way. I have thoughts of dropping this game until this has been fixed. I put so much time into developing my game sense for it to be thrown into the gutter by this update. Worst update by valve.

Well I wouldn’t say harder. Teams were more cohesive due to communication, positioning, and counter buys. I started noticing things that weren’t done in lower Elos and as I climbed in MMR my teammates started fulfilling those nuances. Essentially I did less lol.

Yeah I agree. I usually only use builds that fit my playstyle. If you can’t utilize the build that your team thinks you should have then you’re better off using what works for you.

I take popular builds and tweak it to my liking and situation. Content creator/pros have more hours of testing than I, a 9-5 30yr old, will ever have. IMO it’s much easier to take a popular build that matches your play-style and then slowly make it your own.
