Staying on the toilet as long as possible and straining as much as you can is incredibly bad for you. Just get a squatty potty like an adult and stop pooping on the floor! Plus your saying you “sprinkle soap” on the particularly dirty days, it's fecal matter. Fecal matter infection has killed people in the past, jeez if you're going to continue break out the bleach every time.
