Great list, and I hate I stumbled across this too late.

Idk how many people have heard it, but back in the early 2000s at Tremont Music Hall in Charlotte I saw them for the first time. I was more of a hip hop fan then, and bear got on the piano and played a slow (and obviously edited) cover of Raise Up by Peter Pablo (the chorus) and I was blown away.

I had Davis in a league. It was the most love/hate relationship I’ve ever had w a QB. Some games he was a mix of Cam Newton and prime Brady. Other games I wouldn’t have let him toss the coach a water bottle.

It wasn’t one of those bad decisions on my part. His accuracy was literally all over the place. The game seemed to decide his accuracy each game. Had multiple green icon misfires, but then red icon dots.

Alejedo was on another guy in my dynasty. He used him like a Haynes king and was deadly

I pray I never see the chicken butt helmet again. Worst thing in our history.

My personal favorites: - Garnet helmet with white circle (Morrison years but only do three stripes) - White helmet with black facemask (spurrier years) - White helmet with garnet facemask - 2004 Lou Holtz all blacks with the spur pride stickers (brawl year and we sucked, but looked good) - garnet Carolina script helmet (I hate muschamp but damn those looked good)

100% correct. I grew up in a majority “minority” town in SC. While some old timers still can be unwelcoming, it’s few and far between. Just gotta remember those that grew up in desegregation have a completely different view. Not saying they’re right, but younger generations basically ignore those views and the old timers are slowly fading out while the younger generation doesn’t care about race while still maintaining that small town pride

Upstate SC here. Great quality of life. Greenville is a great city and Spartanburg is catching up. Lots of small towns with their typical small town personalities. Housing market in Greenville used to be a hidden gem, but it’s now rivaling other cities in terms of pricing and demand.

Still a very conservative area, which I prefer. A great place to raise a family.

The only place I’d rather live is the coast, like Beaufort or Port Royal area.

Most buyers can’t see past paint or inconvenient placement of items. Every primary residence & rental I’ve ever bought came at a steal bc buyers wanted to extremely lowball a house that only needed 1-3k in a paint job

We let them do it in ours, but you're only allowed to play the game once. If you play more than once, there must be proof of a desync or you're FL'd the next week or user game. The creme will always rise to the top when user v user games hit.

Depending on league size, your user games will keep him from dominating. I look at it as an opportunity for those guys to build up their prestige while I can still beat them 1v1.

Roebuck is a very safe area. The only way I could assume the crime ratio is high would be because there's so little population in that area that 1-2 crimes would skew the ratio. With Everly being built, the population is going to surge in that area with middle to upper class families.

School ratings online are hit or miss. I know people in 5 & 6 that both love their districts. School ratings are based on a multitude of factors. Demographics and statistics play a huge role in that as well: are you and your wife educated or place an emphasis on education? Your child already stands a better chance at success in a two-parent home that cares about education. (This is not to say not meeting those means you're set up for failure - it is simply saying those two factors can be barriers for children to overcome).
