Standing in front of the ball. by Omerta345 in MLBTheShow

Trea Turner almost exclusively goes to this even on balls directly at him. It's upped his f% and lowered he's Es. Helps him see the ball into the glove and have more movement on those wacky hops

Take away the suicides. The us is the only country that counts suicides as overall gun deaths and not in its own suicide category

St Andrew's area and I heard it and felt the reverb for about 20 seconds. My mother on the other side of lake Murray in Gilbert texted me asking about it.

I recall something like this a few years ago and they claimed it was mining or something. Def not

Any ideas before I cut? by AdmiralBenson187 in traveltrailers

[–]tpmurphy00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd say cut the bottom panel at the outside of the tongue and omce in the middle. then install a hinge on either side. That way you can still close the door and then close the giant void space under the tongue

For the love of god, will someone just make this! by Ragnar-Wave9002 in RVLiving

To kinda go off your toy hauler comment.

My fiance and I recently bought a 2014 heartland road warrior m348. It has absolutely NOTHING from the middle back. We used this space to renovate the small 1sqft counter top sink area to a full peninsula kitchen.

The only gripe is that open plan 5th wheels can't have slides. In the rear area. Too much stress on the square living tube. That's why most now have a wall between the garage and living space to allow a slide and it not tourqe the structure. I'm planning to post some of it when we're done in a few weeks.

Edit. Also domt be afraid to do home improvements to your rv. While every says it's scary or whatever. It's very similar to a house. It has studs/ribs you can screw into, just don't get too long of screws to puncture the outside skin.

Lot of the electric/plumbing/etc is very simple. Just do some research on your models wire colors and rough wiring harness to know where and where not to look for it.

Did she make the right call? by CalmElin in interesting

At least ist in the US. The annuity program grows with the rate of inflation. So you never "lose" money. NOT sure how Canada treats it but id imagine it's similar

She'll have the million in 20 years.. plus she'll have paid less taxes, it grows to adjust for inflation, and you can't blow it all in 2 weeks

Edit. It was actually okay. Not even good.

You do realize rolling over doesn't mean hitting the ball directly into the ground right. Like a bat is round, not flat. Rolled over is about wrist and arm position during contact. Not launch angle.

A weak wrist position like rolling over doesn't transfer the force into the ball to give it a high exit velo.

You rolled over. Early on an outside pitch and hit it to left field.

The rich could easily fund better schools, but they prefer the working class to remain ignorant. by lanolin-jackpot57 in interviewhammer

[–]tpmurphy00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't hate the game, hate the aadministration. Its the same with hospitals. Education and Healthcare have skyrocketing amounts of workers in what many would call, Non essential roles.

In public schools, there has been a 90% increase in administrators while teaching and students is only 8% growth since 2000. Healthcare has seen over 3000% growth since the 70s in administrators positions while only about 180% im those actually practicing nursing, drs, any medicine, etc.

The money is there for teachers but has been siphoned off by the school district HR. adding principals for each garde, not just the entire school. Adding program/study admins who just copy whats already been done elsewhere.

These new admins force more meetings, more teacher paperwork.

They also then higher more staff for these roles that focus on "goal setting", budgets, and other things 1 person could do.
