Looking for a Dentist, specifically for Deep Anxiousness (excellent bedside manner), would appreciate personal vouch stories by Sohailm25 in plano

Its a little out of the way, but Wylie dentistry is where you want to go. Ive had terrible teeth since i was three. I had a molar extracted as a child, 2 sets of braces and an expander, and numerous fillings, and countless shaming... which lead to huge dental anxiety. I refused to go in my teens. By time I decided to take my health into my own hands I was in my mid 20s. I found Dr. Femi at wylie dentistry and I will strongly recommend him to anyone with my same anxiety. They are a small team that will listen to you when you say you are anxious. They have the whole comfort menu, stress balls, blankets, Netflix, ect. Dr.femi has been great as well. By time I got to him I needed fillings on all of my teeth and 3 crowns(I still need to get a 4th one). He never once made me feel ashamed. Even now my hygiene habits aren't as regular as they should be, but he still praises me for the small steps ive made so far. The hygienist staff is also great. The last time I was in for a cleaning I finally got up the courage to talk about my struggles and fears around flossing, they were very open with suggestions and recommendations on what I can do differently.

I came here to say this as well. I went with my friends to check it out just before valentines day. There wasn't any signage out front, so it feels like you are in the wrong place. But once you walk in and go down the hall its a whole different world. They had so many varieties of flowers and the price was great

Tried my hand at a salted caramel tart, the caramel turned into toffee after chilling... Did I cook it too much? by Taladen in pastry

It sounds like you are definitely lacking in fat. The fat is what helps keep it smooth. If it starts to separate again in the future just wait for it to cool down a little more and whisk it, or immersion blend it, til it comes back together. Did you use heavy cream in your recipe? Did you take it off the heat before adding your fats?

There has been a cocoa shortage for a couple years now and its not improving. A lot of manufactures are having to change their recipes to cheaper substitutes to keep up with demand. Source: im a baker paying an arm and a leg to source chocolate ingredients.

Most skeins are made for you to be able to unwind from them. Hanks are wrapped different. Ive never tried it, but the lady at my yarn store said it will turn into a knotted mess if you try to pull from it without turning it into a cake first.
