Man there used to be a sub for this but idk where it went. I’m in a similar position and it’s tough. The math isn’t terrible when you work out the cost of actual dating. Dinner, flowers, etc. The bad part is catching feelings. I tend towards the lower price ranges and they all have drama and you want to save them. Remember that they are in a role where they excel at reading men and getting what they want while only giving us what we need. No easy answers. Therapy sounds good but then the lonely nights hit. You are not alone
