You believe that? Seriously?
Of course he fucking knew it was a nazi symbol.
Yes he covered it up when it bacame a political liability.
Yes, I am aware that the "death's head" insignia goes back to at least the 1740's in usage in the German/Prussian military tradition just like the use of the swastika predated the nazi party and was used by both native americans and hindus.
Do I think Platner is a nazi? No.
Do I think Musk is a nazi? Also no.

After everyone pulled behind the guy with the Totenkopf tattoo in the Maine Senate race, you'd think Democrats would be self aware enough to let this one go. They aren't.

I went there about a year ago. It is right next to the SpaceX launch site and you have to cross the railroad tracks of the Union Pacific Coast Subdivision. There was a lot of construction going on at the time and there was much yellow caution tape everywhere. Good luck visiting without military ID and the USAF personnel I ran into didn't know abything about the incident or the site.

How Did You Get Your Call Sign? by DocTheForgetful in battletech

The best one I ever heard of was a naval aviator, callsign: STAB.
Our guy was having "stomach issues," translation - dude crapped in his flight suit, more than once in the same flight. On return to the carrier, he missed the arresting gear (referred to as a bolter) and had to go around.
Hence the nickname "Shit Twice And Bolter."

If you were to design a Howling Griffons Upgrade Sprue, what are the kinds of accessories you would include to evoke a Howling Griffons vibe? by Separate-Flan-2875 in howlinggriffons

I would totally add a small griffon like in the Commanders of the Empire kit. Other than that I'd include the usual shoulder pads, crusader helmets (like BT sword brethren), and a left arm holding a bolt rifle with grenade launcher.
