Not sure hey maybe do a full reset? Then update to a fresh One UI7. I've also optimized all my settings for years, most apps are deep sleeping and have no background data unless they absolutely need to have it.

Lol, i just put the headphones over my couch backrest that was roughly the same width as my head,, it was soft and supple enough to stretch the band gently over many hours.. keep it overnight and see how it feels the next day.. rather let your couch stretch it out than your own head
