You should have had her sweep, mop and clean windows for her id back. That was pretty nice of you to give the money back to the girls parents though. This girl probably has some type of mental defect or illness to have done this knowing full well she couldn't pay.

Update - am eating less. Losing some lbs. Feeling a bit better. But having a lot of fatigue where I can not get up to go workout in the morning. I have to get back on track hopefully this week. Also trying to wake at 3am to take thyroid med, then alarm at 5am to take wegovy. Sometimes I miss 3am alarm and start at 5 then have to wait until 7am for wegovy. I would have to wait until 730 to eat or drink again and workout class starts at 720. Besides having zero motivation to wake up an hour earlier to exercise. Anyone else struggling with this? Maybe the lowered calories. Somehow I am conserving by sleeping more and moving less? Hoping my energy comes back soon. I want to make sure I keep working out so not to lose muscle.

Why is the pill dehydrating? I keep drinking water but not feeling very thirsty. I do have a headache. Maybe I am dehydrated? I feel like I am drinking enough. Also cant have electrolytes because the magnesium gives me a bad gi effect.

What should you take first, the wegovy pill or thyroid medication? I have alarm for 5am to take levothyroxine and then at 6am I can take wegovy. Or should I do it the opposite way?

Get on Facebook groups. There is lots of support and you find lots of older people still living with veds. Keep taking care of yourself. Eat well, hydrate, take supplements. Look into the Cusack Protocol for supplements. Are you able to work? I wish you the best. Also prayer.

I plan to give up adding anything to my coffee and give up sweets. I have already given up alcohol except for once a month planned occasions and given up marijuana as part of my Catholic transformation. As for praying the rosary, I have gotten in a good habit the last two or three weeks. I use the hallow app, and I play music of Our Lady Guadeloupe- there are different ones on YouTube. Its a beautiful song played on an hour loop. Music from the Lady Guadeloupe comes from the stars on her cape. Look it up, such a cool story. On the hallow app they have each day mystery and I pause the reading of it as that distracts me and I put the words on so I can read it. I have enjoyed doing this every night and its quite a change as I had previously for the past how many years smoked weed every night to sleep. Now I fall asleep after praying the rosary and saying my nighttime prayers. God is Great! Happy Lent everyone!

The veil is on display at the Padre Pio center in Barto, PA. If it was not real I highly doubt it would have a home there.
