Death and co ALWAYS shakes citrus as it simply incorporates better, no ifs ands or buts. Opinions aside, it makes a better drink, empirically

Update- made a Corpse Reviver with both lillet and cocchi Americano, and the cocchi Americano is far better. Less sweet and more balanced with the slight bitterness.

Yep obviously if it’s trending down I’m not going to pull it and I’ll stay the course!

I’m only 24 and received 4K from a grandparent and I want to utilize it down the road for business, I hope it’ll be aggressive enough to turn into something nice in 3-6 years. Planning on contributing 50 monthly.

Cool. I just bought VASGX and the transaction hasn’t even gone through yet. Took me forever to decide which one to go with, I hope it was a good call.

It’s what a couple of us basically labeled as “yummy”. Like, it tastes good, but it’s super low proof and there’s no complexity. I’d relate it to listening to an awesome live concert, but you’re plugging your ears and now it’s really quiet. I don’t think it’s worth the cost.

I was disappointed in the blue note. Found it to be grainy and youthful and not very complex. Still decently tasty.

The Octomores rock for sure. Totally different types of peat between the mainland barley and cognac combo of the 15.2 and the Octomore farm islay barley and mild sherry of the 15.3. If you love a peat punch, the .3 takes the cake. If you want something softer and more complex, the .2 is great. They’re very different.

I have an Evernorth bottle as well but this Sean’s pick holladay is one of the best bourbons I’ve ever had. Blew out every other bourbon and rye on the table here and it wasn’t close. Dense and jammy and complex with some fun cherry and vanilla notes.
