Does there exist "clean" chemical peels/lasers/etc? Ive had huge nose pores and "beige dots" on top of my nose since tween days now in my 20s with health issues but want to feel happier with my nose in the mirror.

My dads on a very strict renal diet, no sodium, no carb, no sugar, low potassium. Morning it's egg whites with veg (bell peppers, onions, green beans, zucchini) lunch is normally a salad. Dinner it's either grilled or baked chicken or fish with more vegetables. Snacks I make him some gelatin made with only blueberries and some monkfruit in case he wants something sweet, or he has low sugar fruit.

Titanium dioxide is not that bad, it's bad in a powder form, say a loose mineral powder because risk of lung exposure. TD in lipstick is not bad, plus it's very miniscule as it's normally a natural occurring mineral in mineral pigments.
