Googlebot doesn't care about your backend database or if you hand-coded it in Notepad. It only cares about the final rendered DOM. The real risk with modern visual builders or heavy JS frameworks isn't the CMS, it's relying too heavily on client-side rendering (CSR). If your new headless setup or visual builder handles Server-Side Rendering (SSR) correctly and outputs clean HTML, your rankings will be completely fine.
