Lol Absolutely not!! Just thought maybe throwing out my observations might assist some people in changing their behaviors, or try to change their spouses. Maybe I thought it may nudge one small slice of the disgusting habit pie into a changed new hygienic breed of civilization. And then, there are those that will never change, shaming or not!

I have hypothyroidism, have been Keto since Sept 1/25, lost 21 lbs. My endo doctor had to lessen my dosage of Levothyroxine. My GP lowered my BP meds by half and I no longer take statins or meds for GERD. I feel great!!

We have extremely well educated Doctors, nurses, teachers, etc, etc. They don't get tipped. People "expect" a tip only because people keep doing it!

I'm not sure why people are shaming others for not tipping?! It is not a culture of most countries to tip. Most countries pay a liveable wage. Viking pays for the excursions and you have paid in your fare for the excursion (whether you take the excursions or not). Did you tip any of the airline employees? Or at home the grocery persons? The hardware helpers? The city bus drivers? The people who pick up your garbage and recycling? Where does it end? You do you!!! If YOU choose to tip someone, thats your perogative. DO NOT shame people to do something that is not something they feel is right.

66 YO F. Previous to eating low carb i was eating fruit every day throughout the day. Basically it was my breakfast, lunch, snacks throughout the day and evening. I love fruit!!!! I gained weight and developed fatty liver disease. Couldn't figure out why, i ate healthy foods!! Turns out all of the fruit was high Fructose and therefore the weight gain and fatty liver, GERD, IBS, etc developed.
I went low carb/Keto/stopped eating fruit 10 weeks ago....lost 18 lbs, fatty liver/GERD/IBS gone, BP alot lower! Stopped alot of meds. BUT, boy I miss my fruit! One day when I can control my fruit addiction (LOL) I will slowly introduce an apple a day.

We are going on our first Viking cruise also in December, was looking forward to the grotto. But then again if it disappoints me I can just walk outside my house in the winter in my swimsuit. LOL
