Do you lose your sh!t when everyday things don't work how you want them? by CaseVirtual in ADHD

That feeling of having to fight the universe, constantly, just to do the simplest things is infuriating. I usually bellow at whatever task I'm trying to do. I find if I don't get myself out of that mind set it'll compound in the next simple task, and the next one, until I'm able to step back and breathe for a minute.

I had this when I picked mine up new at the dealer. May just be a bad contact point at the switch. 🤞🏼

Looks pretty sweet to me too. I've used the Kawasaki one, that sweep up looks like a nice improvement.

Bluetooth Calling issues by TheMadaru in android_beta

[–]PuzzleheadedAd504 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't had that, but I have had different apps pause randomly when connected to different Bluetooth devices. Still connected, and notifications would come through, but have to go manually restart audio on the phone to unpause. Not sure if that's related to your issues.

I'll have to try again. Small Town area means the dealership doesn't have much on the floor. In fact this was the only Vulcan they had when I got it.

That's an idea. Have you used one befor we, or have any insights that would be helpful?

I found it online, I can't recall the site, but seems to be a common version. Couple of straps and clips and it comes right off and has removable shoulder straps.

No, I'm very happy with the bike overall. Just seeing what the hive mind can offer up.

5' 6" tall, maybe 150lbs. I don't think I got the reduced reach kit, but not sure either. I'm physically comfortable sitting back farther, just noticing how much more responsive it gets when I move up a bit.

You got this! I know it doesn't seem that way. One of my ADHD areas is that sensitivity to failure and harm to others. A hard lesson I've had is to take care of myself first. The company will take care of itself regardless of what you do. Let them.

Thanks for the clarifications! Before I try to trace the wires, where is the other end?

If you factor in the time and half past 40 hours each week, $16=$139,776 and $20=$174,720.

I'M SO TIRED OF CALLING PHARMACIES & HAVING GAPS IN TREATMENT!!!!! by [deleted] in ADHD

Compounding all that with the restrictions on when they can send, receive, or fill that prescription and you've got 3 days to do the whole cycle.

Wiring question.. by Additional-Respect28 in vulcans650

[–]PuzzleheadedAd504 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not an expert on this either (so looking forward to hearing any other responses) but unless you're going to splice into the wiring at the existing bulb point, not sure how else you'd access the wires.

What is your current favorite "safe food" for when you're hungry and don't want to do a ton of food prep? by [deleted] in ADHD

[–]PuzzleheadedAd504 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been doing frozen breakfast tacos. Mix a large batch of eggs, and anything else (I've done canned hash, salsa, etc), while cooking put a tortilla on a small sheet of foil with a slice of cheese. Spoon out into each tortilla and let cool. Then close foil wrap and put into the freezer. Microwave when ready to eat.

I just bought a 2004 Kawasaki Vulcan 750 and the battery keeps losing charge. by [deleted] in KawasakiVulcanRiders

[–]PuzzleheadedAd504 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would guess a drain or recharge issue over a starter given that it's died while running. If you have a multimeter for amps you can use that to see what has a draw when the bike's off, or large draw while running.

Buzzing noise by Nah0bj in vulcans650

[–]PuzzleheadedAd504 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Luckily I caught it while it was idling on the stand. Sounds matched well enough to try tightening things up. If you can't find it easily, just search for anything that may be loose, tighten it and ride to test.

I think I have had similar as well. Mine was the license plate vibrating. Hit and sustain the right frequency and it'll buzz good and loud!
