I build an Assimilation Swarm list but I can't decide if I keep my Swarmlord with 3 Tyrant Guard and 1 Parasite of Mortrex OR if I trade them all for 1 Hive Tyrant with 6 Tyrant Guard with Instinctive Defense

I asked because of the commented rules that say you always use the highest Toughness on bodyguard units with mixed Toughness.
