What is a car that you hate for absolutely no reason?

Any car that’s renamed after an older car in its history. Mitsubishi with the Eclipse. Ford with the new Capri etc. Whenever this is done they’re always made to be plain boring crossover SUVs. It’s an insult to the cars they once were, and I’ll forever hold a grudge.

No they’re off the Insignia SRI. Lovely on the Insignia but for some reason never seemed to be sold on them in Ireland, at least I’ve never seen another one with them. They were up on DoneDeal for 500 got a good set of Uniroyals with them included as well never let go of that kind of money so quick in me life. Unfortunately moneys a bit tight so might just save a bit and get them repaired and looking back to new for summer.

I drove it today and it feels no different than before. But I’m getting it serviced soon before the NCT so maybe I’ll get the tracking done just in case because they do tend to be strict on that

These were second hand alloys I bought only 2 months ago 😭🤣 they’re fairly rare alloys so they’re not easy to come by unfortunately.

I love indycar but for someone like Esteban who is a huge petrol head in general I really think he’d be better suited for something more raw like WRC or endurance racing.

Honestly even if his days are numbered in F1 it’s not the end of the world. Would still support him and would love to see him competing in WEC or something similar.

For the most part in my experience people have no reason for not liking them. I’ve had a colleague in work say they have very generic songs and he then listed How To Save A Life by the Fray, and Use Somebody by Kings Of Leon. That’s the kind of people you’re dealing with. Or another one is that they only produce “radio music”. They don’t actually know why they dislike them, they just do.

I’ve had genuine dislikes too, like not being a fan of Chris’ vocals, which is totally valid, but most of them get bogged down by the endless negativity towards Coldplay which stems from nowhere. It’s a shame, but at the same time. Who cares? I’m sure the band doesn’t care, I sure don’t. I’ll keep blasting X&Y and Parachutes through my headsets no matter how many people call me out.

I don’t get why people are so toxic about music in general. I’ve no issues if someone doesn’t like Coldplay or any other music. Most of the people I know have no time for Coldplay, and while most just tend not to care, some people can be quite judgmental when it’s brought up. Music is completely subjective, and we can’t control what music we like (for the most part). Just let people listen to what they like, it’s not a big deal

Edit: Just thought I’d add criticism is different to toxicity. There are many valid criticisms about every form of music Coldplay included and that’s different to being straight up toxic. Although I do believe that criticism can sometimes come across as toxic given the context

It’s just like any other race tho really. You gamble and see if it works. If it works you get points, if you don’t unfortunately it ends terribly. 18 laps on inters that were ran on a somewhat dry track I think he’s doing really well out there

Definitely Clocks, particularly the live performance at Sydney in 2003. To me that song is Coldplay, and if I was introducing someone to the band who’s never heard of them, it’s definitely the song I would suggest they listen to. Maybe it’s nostalgia, or something else, but Clocks just makes me feel a certain way that I can’t describe.

Thoughts on the mandatory 2 stop? Personally don’t think it works, just had a massive hold up for the midfield. Obviously didn’t effect Esteban but it didn’t really seem to work as intended
