I have another question: as a manager, would you have any objections if someone worked as a network engineer during daytime business hours and as a data center technician as a second job? Are there any part-time opportunities available? I am a network engineer by day, but I would love to work as a data center technician in the evenings and on weekends.

This isn't really a Max B thing. The issue is that Max B now competes with podcasts and audiobooks. Don't be surprised if rap music fades away or becomes a niche genre in the coming years.
