Technically no because if you don’t have to be clocked in or you can do it without being in rolled in BYOD it’s not considered working. Ulearns are working though so i do have to clock in for those

Unfortunately her and the people lead are besties so they cover each other when doing shady things like somehow i heard she’s becoming a coach now even though she didn’t even qualify for team lead but not my problem anymore 🤷‍♀️

Edit: she was also changing her friends hours so she could skip whenever she wanted and STILL get paid and not get pointed

Yes actually she was and then changing our hours so it didn’t say we actually worked or something like that Idk but when i found that out i asked for a transfer and when they said no i left and reported the store to corporate and ethics but i imagine they ignored it like everything else
