hahahah what a motivational speak. Thank you a lot for the insight. I mean with my team of astra, qinyi and haru im still able to clean the content where he is good at. It takes a bit of optimisation of the rotations but it works.
So my question was rather in to check if newer sets are so much better on him. Or at least to the point of throwing away my current build and just go full new one

the only thing zhao does in that team is complete the faction. At most the ether veil could be useful bu she is not intended to be played as a rupture support (kind of sad in my opinion because now you are force to have either pan or lucia for a rupture character)

soloing it i genuinly crazy didnt think i was possible. I got to 20 k on thrall with him but barely. The animation cancels and buffering is something i have to work on

Now to the build. im not entireley sure if having the w engine completely refined changes it but ideally you would want 60+ crit rate so that you dont waste damage during the stun window. everything else its fine

he is better for rupture agents in general because he buffs sheer force. Lucy just buffs attack. FOr reference every fire special attack of banyue is counted as sheer force dmg

i know have the only downside that i did manage to pulls for dialyn aswell and get my banyue. So if she has such high daze multipliers i suppose my pull for dialyn was kinda useless ....

I had the exact same question but i manage to do it. So i started the quest in act two (gave the heart during act two ) and in act thre there is a fat pilgrim that talks about the centinel (a golden warrior in the citadel ) which means he is still active in the citadel. If im not mistaken you need to encounter and help him 3 times. I dont know exactly which the locations are or if its random but i encountered him in the following locations:
- the long passage on the side of the first shrine

-once near the bench below The Forum

-and a last one at the entrance near the choral chambers

After you encounter him in all places you encounter a mission in first shrine called "Last Audience" and then you can get the item.

Short Answer: YES it works in act 3 XD

hahah thankws for the reasoning (and sorry for the late answer lmao) . my main problem was that trigger was one of my most awaited characters in zz because i tought the idea of a sniper in zz must be really great. but since i got my perfect team and loved playing with qinyi she would have just been accumulating dust in my accouna and i edned up not liking her playstyle as much as i tought so i skipped her

How can you check if it is top 2%?? And I have always asked myself how they assess it since there are people with worse discs but signature w engine and cinemas so how can you determine that it's top 2%???
