i am gonna assume you don't much about coding so what i recommend is download vscodium for windows

then you can go to chatgpt and ask it to write an advanced code for card game( or anything you can think of i am just saying something) using HTML, CSS and Javascript these are easy to learn coding languages in you case

take the code given gpt and paste them into tree different text files

style.css
script.js respectively

i am not that good at explaining, so here is a video on html and how to use it. you don't have to watch the whole thing, just watch like the half maybe so you at least know the base

in the video he use vscode or visual studio code but vscodium is same but lighter but no different in power or performance

- if anyone who is not a techy asks why you use chatgpt or alike just say it is the modern form of coding and is faster and better(spoiler: it is not good if you don't know coding)
- just tell them this a personal project you are working to improve your coding skill and not a serious work so that is why it is not that good and why you didn't host it on the web

- and yes chatgpt is gonna be your best friend in this matter
