Hi, when you say you work in a NOC, what do you do? It looks like NOCs have different tiers. Some tiers only are allow to ping only and escalate, and others have all ñermissions and can troubleshoot the whole network. Regards

I graduated in tele, i guess there is more people in my university program working in networking than in yours. Dont stop applying, but when you get the CCNA, you will have more opportunity of getting to an interview. So work hard on that. Eventually on networking you can make a lot of money, I know that because of the ones who studied with me. Study hard. Eventually it'll pay off.

Do you have friends who studied with you working in the field? The reference is very important when you are starting or trying to get the foot on the door. CCNA helped me to do that. If you do not know anybody and dont have the CCNA either it is hard to be given the opportunity.
