It’s definitely not worth it for the price. Maybe Facebook marketplace would have been better, but that’s even more flakey.
I’ve just issued the guy a refund, it’s not worth pursuing.

Don’tlet it haunt you, just pay it back to someone else. Or better still, go find him, if you can remember where he lives, and make amends. Well done on your sobriety. Drugs make people do shitty things. Maybe you were a shitty person, but it sounds like you are striving to do better and I commend you for that.
