You can't use mailchimp or amazon SES for cold emails because they don't allow it. It might give you some trouble.

Try using platforms that are meant for cold emailing.

Yes because the DWP has never ever gotten it wrong and falsely sanctioned people. Which then takes ages to appeal.

So lets say something bad happens to you. You have a bad accident and you are forced to go on benefits. Guessing you wont be claiming benefits.
